The location of this hotel was incredible, being so close to the river and within walking distance of many iconic London sites. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going so far as to decorate the room and leave chocolates for my birthday.

I did have some difficulty finding the cutlery in the kitchen, as it was placed in the bottom drawer next to the bin. It would have been helpful to have a note on the wall indicating where to find each item.

Super helpful staff, modern and clean room, comfortable bed, great facilities, beautiful bathroom.

I had a fantastic stay at a modern apartment hotel in a great location. The kitchenette had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the large windows added charm and light to the room. Plus, I could regulate the temperature as I liked, great in the cold weather. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

The apartment was clean and looked nice, made for a pleasant atmosphere during our romantic escape. the common area was super useful, with fast internet and amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine. It really was like home away from home.

One major downside was the lack of hot water for two whole days. This was quite frustrating as we had no way to contact the reception and nobody informed us about the issue.

We absolutely loved staying at this amazing hotel! The location couldn't be better, situated in a very quiet area yet very near to the center. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were welcoming, helpful, and easy to deal with. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a dining table. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from the River Thames and less than 10 minutes from the underground station. We loved being so close to all the restaurants along the South Bank and the famous Borough Market. The hotel facilities were great, with a super clean room that had all the essentials we needed, including a kitchenette. The staff were friendly and accommodating, great to check in early when a room became available. We also appreciated the thoughtful little touches, like the quirky seal they did when we first entered the room.

The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near many popular attractions. I really enjoyed the convenience of having a pantry stocked with breakfast items and treats.
